We are currently acting as Programme Director to deliver a multi-million-pound local government regeneration scheme and recently completed a three-year contract with the Department for Education to deliver a £250m portfolio of school capital projects through the Priority School Building Programme.
We have worked with clients to support strategic procurement, working across a range of regional and national frameworks to deliver capital projects and programmes. We have also worked alongside contractors to successfully lead framework bids to secure places on a range of high-value national procurement frameworks.

In addition to capital project delivery, Gemma has recently finished a three-year assignment with the Department for Education working on the Priority School Building Programme 2.
In her time with the Department Gemma worked as the Project Director co-ordinating the delivery of a portfolio of capital projects worth over £250m, securing funding for these schemes (2017 - 2020). This portfolio included refurbishment of Grade 2* listed buildings and delivery of large new build secondary schools, solving complex procurement and delivery challenges across multi-agency environments.
